Sustainability is more than just a trend – it’s a return to the roots of natural wisdom. For us, it’s a logical and natural attitude. We strive to live and implement sustainability wherever possible. While not everything can be realized immediately, it’s important to always keep an eye on the future.
The fact that our two chalets have been here since the 17th century demonstrates our awareness. Instead of building a new one, we opted to preserve the historic structure. We always prioritize natural and renewable products when renovating the historic buildings and selecting our materials and resources.
We recently decided to install a photovoltaic system. Did you know that our photovoltaic system now generates more energy annually than we consume? An invisible but powerful contribution.
We deliberately chose a sauna with a wood-burning stove – relaxing in it is both cozy, very special, and environmentally friendly. The wood for the sauna, the wood-burning stove, and the wood-fired grill in the garden comes directly from our apple trees.
We’re always doing something new and good. Sustainability is evident even in the small details that often go unnoticed. Our wooden guest information box, the shampoo in our refill bottles, and the Südtirol Guest Pass for our guests to use public transport. The ski bus and the regular bus stop are within walking distance, right below our chalets.
